  • Soil: Vineyards located at an altitude of 500 meters. Granitic soils with clay fractions
  • Winemaking: It ferments very slowly in French oak barrels using only indigenous (natural) yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale greenish-yellow wine, on the nose it presents striking notes of flint, gunpowder, citrus, and dried herbs. On the palate, it stands out for its enormous creaminess, vibrant acidity, and an extraordinarily long and tense finish.
  • Maturation: It ages for about 10 months in barrels and then rests for 16 months in the bottle.
