Herdade do Arrepiado Velho Tradição is a wine with a concentrated violet color. Very attractive nose, showing intense and pure aromas of fresh black fruits and notes of violets. Fresh and enveloping mouth. Volcano on the palate, with fresh and finely textured tannins and intense notes of red berries with hints of chocolate. An enveloping wine that ends with great freshness and persistence.

  • Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25 kg boxes, followed by a tight selection on a selection table, very light destemming to crack the berry. Natural and spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. 21-day "Cuvaison".
  • Tasting Notes: Concentrated violet color. Very attractive nose, showing intense and pure aromas of fresh black fruits and notes of violets. Enveloping and fresh mouth. Volcano on the palate, with fresh and finely textured tannins and intense notes of red berries with hints of chocolate. An enveloping wine that finishes with great freshness and persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in new French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 17ºC and 18ºC
