  • Soil: Vineyard with clay soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 24ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Opaque garnet color with violet hues. It has an aroma of red fruits with notes of vanilla and chocolate. Mature flavor with very well integrated barrel. It is dense and persistent.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in new French oak barrels, then in bottles.
