  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay and shale-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest on August 27th, with the grapes transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Light salmon color. It is an intense, floral rosé with a hint of strawberry. On the palate it is soft, intense, very fresh and has a persistent finish.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with the final lees until June 2023. It was then aged in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
