  • Winemaking: The wine is vinified in stainless steel. After the winter cold, the wine is aged in a cellar above the ground for 12 months after the end of the second fermentation with periodic pugnetage and remuage done in the classic pupitres to gain the structure that a great sparkling wine deserves.
