Lés-a-Lés Sério de Síria is a wine with a clean, pale yellow color. Light aromas of honey, lime, light vanilla, light floral, medium intensity, biscuit, wet stone, peach and mango. On the palate, it is dry, with high acidity, light vanilla, waxy tannin, wet stone, lime, medium body, white plum and a long finish.

  • Soil: The vineyards planted in granite soil are located in a plateau area and are located at the end of the Iberian plateau at an altitude of 650m.
  • Winemaking: The Síria grapes are pressed without destemming and with little crushing. After the must is decanted, the fermentation is divided: 50% with indigenous yeasts; the other 50% is inoculated. The last third of the fermentation is carried out in old, neutral 228L barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Clean, pale, yellow color. Light honey, lime, light vanilla, light floral, medium intensity, biscuit, wet stone, peach and mango. On the palate it is dry, high acidity, light vanilla, waxy tannin, wet stone, lime, medium body, white plum and long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in Sur Lies before being bottled.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
  • Winemaker: Jorge Rosa Santos and Rui Lopes
  • Conservation: With longevity until 2027.
  • Food Pairing: Vegetarian dishes, grilled poultry and soft or semi-hard cheeses.
