  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard located in Baixo Corgo, vineyards at an altitude of 540-700m.
  • Winemaking: After gentle pressing, the grapes are macerated for 3 to 4 days and then pressed. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel tanks with temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Aroma of orange peel with notes of honeycomb. Fresh and intense.
  • Maturation: Aged for 18 months in stainless steel.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
