Mater-Dôme Red is a garnet-colored wine with cherry hues, featuring an intense and sophisticated nose dominated by aromas of black forest earth and wild fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. On the palate, it is fluid, harmonious, smooth, with polished tannins and marked by a persistent aromatic continuity.

  • Winemaking: Fermentation in vats, followed by maceration for 20 days.
  • Tasting Notes: A garnet-colored wine with cherry hues, it boasts an intense and sophisticated nose dominated by aromas of dark forest earth and wild berries such as blueberries and blackberries. On the palate, it is fluid, harmonious, and smooth, with polished tannins and a persistent aromatic finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 2 years in French oak barrels, followed by 13 years of aging in vats.
