  • Winemaking: Total destemming, soft pneumatic pressing, alcoholic fermentation at a temperature of 16ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Wine with a yellow-green colour, and a clear and crystalline appearance. The aroma is complex, elegant and with evolving citrus notes, and in the mouth it presents a very harmonious set, with balanced acidity, freshness and a remarkable mouthfeel.
  • Maturation: 18 months' ageing in oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC

  • Conservation: 5 to 7 years
