  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Manual selection of grapes on a sorting mat. Pneumatic pressing of the whole grape, Fermentation at low temperatures.
  • Tasting Notes: Sublime, smooth and crisp on the palate, it has vibrant acidity, which is beautifully balanced with notes of citrus, green apple and a touch of minerality. The result is a wine that is not only refreshing, but also incredibly versatile.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 10°C and 12°C
  • Winemaker: Jorge Alves and Sónia Pereira
  • Conservation: Although Mirabilis White is delicious when young, it can also be cellared for 5 to 7 years, allowing it to develop more complex characteristics.
  • Food Pairing: Pairs well with seafood (oysters, shrimp) and grilled fish. It can also be served with traditional Portuguese cuisine, such as Bacalhau à Brás or Arroz de Pato.
