  • Soil: With an average age of 30 years and traditional vines, the vineyards are spread throughout the Cima Corgo. Since 2017, they have benefited from precise cultivation, which allows them to be customized according to the type of terroir, in order to obtain the maximum phenological characteristics of our wine-growing heritage and thus bring to the winery the greatest complexity of this region considered a World Heritage Site. Viticulture promotes, in all plots, the balance between the indigenous flora and fauna in conjunction with the vineyard, in order to create a biodiversity that allows us to obtain unique grapes for our wines.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are harvested together at an altitude of 600 metres on a south-facing slope. Fermentation lasts for 2 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Aromatic complexity of yellow and green fruits, it gains elegance with fine and fresh white floral notes. With a greedy attack of balanced body and structure, it finishes creamy and long.
  • Maturation: Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
