Ode Arinto is a benchmark white wine from this producer. With high natural acidity and low alcohol content, Arinto has the ability to age very well. When handled correctly it can show off its fantastic Burgundy style. 50% of this wine was aged in new 500L French oak barrels for 5 months. A truly elegant example of the potential of this variety, with beautiful pear and green apple fruit, quince and subtle vanilla.
