  • Winemaking: The aim was to highlight the character of the tropical fruits and, at the same time, produce a well-structured and gastronomic wine. 50% of this wine was aged in new 500L French oak barrels for 5 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Its main highlight is its tropical character. Irreverent, fresh, tropical and also with a more vegetal side. The fruit and wood are in perfect harmony, thus giving great volume in the mouth and a silky texture.
  • Maturation: 50% of the batch aged in 500L barrels for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Maria Vincent
  • Conservation: This wine will continue to develop in complexity over the next 3 years in bottle.
