  • Soil: Vineyards with clay-limestone and sandy soils.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were hand-harvested into 15kg boxes, followed by destemming and pressing in a vertical press to extract the must, which was left to rest for a day at 10ºC to decant the juice. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature (13/15°C) with indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale citrus yellow wine. Expressive aroma, with floral and stone fruit notes, almost tropical. It has vibrant acidity and salinity.
  • Maturation: 50% aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats and 50% for 6 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
