  • Soil: Produced at Herdade das Assentes de Baixo, from carefully selected and hand-harvested grapes.
  • Winemaking: Hand-harvested 12kg grapes into boxes at an advanced stage of ripeness. The grapes were pressed with the stems attached and without crushing. Alcoholic fermentation took place at controlled temperatures in small stainless steel vats at 15°C.
  • Tasting Notes: An amber-colored wine with a captivating aroma. Notes of orange and apricot jam, caramelized fruit, and dry fried foods. Toasted almonds and walnuts.
