  • Soil: Vineyard with granite soil at an altitude of 465 meters.
  • Winemaking: Clarification for 48 hours, followed by long fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale pink color, intense and crispy aromas. Floral notes and aromas of wild berries stand out. In the mouth it is dry, with good acidity and a persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 2 months in the bottle.
