Pacto do Diabo Unfiltered is an opaque garnet-colored wine. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits mixed with light notes of chocolate. In the mouth, very soft notes of wood, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10 kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with a controlled fermentation temperature of 24ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Opaque garnet color. Intense aromas of ripe red fruits with light hints of chocolate mixed in. In the mouth, very soft notes of wood, a long and persistent finish denoting good integration in the wood.
  • Maturation: Aged for 1 year and 8 months in French oak barrels plus 10 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
