Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyard with granite soil, 25 years old.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, only in the morning, to preserve maximum freshness at night and maintain the highest quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous screening, and are then gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation in used 300-liter French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale yellow in colour. It presents citrus notes, fine and precious, with high-quality fruit, orange and quince notes. It has a firm acidity in a combination full of brightness, tension and freshness. An elegant and precise finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 10 months in contact with fine lees, with battonage only in the first 3 months of aging.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
