Pequenos Rebentos 'À Moda Antiga' is a citrus-colored wine with an intense aroma, with a citrus and slightly tropical touch. A vibrant wine on the palate, with excellent acidity, the fruit on the nose accompanies the palate very well. It finishes long and persistent with mineral nuances.

  • Soil: Made from the Alvarinho grape variety, from selected winemakers from Melgaço and Monção.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches went straight to a small wine press, trodden by foot where they macerated and fermented almost entirely with indigenous yeasts for 6 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrus-colored wine with an intense aroma, with a citrus and slightly tropical touch. Vibrant wine on the palate, with excellent acidity, the fruit on the nose accompanies very well in the mouth. It finishes long and persistent with mineral nuances.
  • Maturation: Aged with total lees in used barrels and 9 months with battonâge.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC

  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 to 20 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
