  • Soil: Vineyards at 650m and granite soil.
  • Winemaking: After manual harvesting and transport to the winery in small boxes (18kg-20kg), the bunches were destemmed and the grapes underwent a short maceration and fermentation at a low temperature in stainless steel vats.
  • Tasting Notes: It presents white fruit on the nose with great intensity, fresh notes and very aromatic. Well balanced on the palate with a very long, persistent body and endless freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats on fine lees. Then aged in the bottle for 2 months.
  • Serve: Between 9ºC and 11ºC
  • Winemaker: Marcio Lívio Duarte Lopes
  • Conservation: It can be consumed immediately or within the next 10 to 20 years, as long as it is stored lying down in a cool, dry place, away from light and without temperature fluctuations.
