  • Soil: Plot of 0.5 ha, integrated in a group of 8ha, of new vineyards (planted in 2017), installed on a wide slope of medium altitude (450 meters), exposed to the southeast, with a slope of approximately 35%. Soil of granite origin.
  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested on November 16th in a state heavily affected by Botrytis Cinerea, having undergone alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in French oak barrels. Bottling took place in September 2021 and remained in bottle for 12 months.
  • Tasting Notes: It has a young yellow color, a fresh aroma, with citrus and floral notes standing out with a dense and unctuous flavor, well balanced by good acidity and volatility. The finish is long and persistent. Its complexity resulting from the activity of “Botryis cinérea” accompanies the tasting.
  • Maturation: Fermentation in stainless steel vats for 18 months at controlled temperature.
  • Serve: Between 10ºC and 12ºC
  • Winemaker: Francisco Montenegro and Amílcar Salgado
  • Conservation: Storage lying down at a temperature between 13 and 15ºC.
  • Food Pairing: Pairs well with foie gras, desserts with creams and whipped cream, for example, or with fruit, Roquefort or cured goat's cheese.
