  • Soil: Extreme Syrah vineyard. Bilateral cordon training, heel pruned.
  • Winemaking: Hand-picked at the beginning of September. After careful selection of Syrah grapes, the wine was vinified in lagares, after a cold pre-fermentation maceration. This wine is bottled the year after its production, promoting the exuberance and strength of youth in its profile.
