  • Soil: The grapes come from an extreme vineyard of the Touriga Nacional variety. Trained using bilateral cordon pruning.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, during the month of September. The grapes were received at the winery, on the special line, with total destemming and manual selection of bunches and then “berry by berry” by an optical selection machine. The vinification was carried out in a wine press, with pre-fermentation maceration and temperature control.
  • Tasting Notes: Deep colour with violet reflections. It has a rich aroma that harmoniously combines the fruity character of blueberries and black plums with the freshness of floral notes. In the mouth it reveals good acidity, round tannins, and a silky and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Partial aging of 12 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
