Rola-Pipa White is a wine that is the result of a special blend of three noble Azorean grape varieties - Verdelho, Terrantez do Pico and Arinto dos Açores - which brings with it a historical burden and richness inherent to its creation. A genuine white wine from Pico that was born by the sea, characterized by intense elements of iodine and characteristic salinity, ensuring that the wine expresses the grape variety and its special terroir.

  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes were picked and placed in 20-kilo boxes and then pressed without destemming. Before fermentation, in cement vats, skin maceration took place for 10 days. Before being released onto the market, it aged in bottles for 6 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale greenish-yellow in colour. Medium-intensity on the nose, with notes of peach, lime and salt standing out. On the palate, it is dry, with high acidity and a long finish. This wine stands out for its minerality and freshness.
  • Maturation: Aged in the bottle for 6 months.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
