Rumo Incerto White is an intense golden-coloured wine. On the nose, notes of orange peel, some fresh apricot and white-fleshed fruit. Full-bodied, textured attack, with good acidity and freshness.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: After the second pressing, the grapes macerate for 3 days with the small amount of remaining juice. A new pressing, cold decantation, spontaneous fermentation and complete malolactic fermentation take place. At the end of fermentation, it remains on lees until bottling.
  • Winemaking: Poor granitic soils.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense golden colour. On the nose, notes of orange peel, some fresh apricot and white-fleshed fruit. Full-bodied, textured attack, with good acidity and freshness.
