  • Soil: The vines on schist soil are over 40 years old.
  • Winemaking: Vinified in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures between 20º and 23ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: It reveals excellent intensity and aromatic quality, of very ripe black fruits. Spices such as cinnamon and cloves, balsamic and very well-integrated wood also stand out.
