  • Soil: Clay-limestone and sandy soil.
  • Winemaking: When bottling for the second fermentation using the traditional method, two French oak barrels of various uses were filled, in which it aged for the same 24 months as the sparkling wine in the sur lie cellar. Periodic poignetage and remuage were carried out in the traditional pupitres to achieve the structure that a great sparkling wine deserves.
  • Tasting Notes: Sparkling wine with fine bubbles and a smooth, creamy mousse. Flavorful with a strong citrus character. Vibrant and refreshing acidity, notes of bread and light toast. Persistent and elegant finish.
