  • Soil: Granitic type soil.
  • Winemaking: The method followed is very similar to the process used in Condrieu. The grapes, harvested by hand, were gently crushed and left to macerate in cold pre-fermentation for 2 days. Fermentation took place in new oak barrels, where the wine was then aged on the fine lees for the following 7 months.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense palate of ripe fruit with a refreshing acidity that makes it a balanced and elegant wine with notes of apricot, Rainha Cláudia plum and toasted vanilla. It presents a maturity and full-bodied texture, without losing its freshness and touch of acidity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 11 months in oak barrels.
