Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vine derived from schist and granite.
  • Winemaking: The Trincadeira, Aragonez and Syrah grapes were harvested at the optimum point of ripeness, in order to obtain the ideal balance between aroma, acidity, colour and tannins. After destemming and crushing, the must and pulp were macerated in a cold state for 48 hours. Fermentation took place for 5 days at a temperature of 21°C.
