  • Winemaking: The grapes were harvested manually, transported in 20kg boxes and selected on a sorting table. 70% were destemmed and 30% were whole bunches. Fermentation occurred spontaneously, followed by 40 days of maceration.
  • Tasting Notes: Light ruby color. Intense nose, notes of crushed fresh strawberry, some vegetable. Fresh, textured attack, good acidity, the aromas of the nose are repeated. Great persistence.
  • Maturation: Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
