  • Soil: Vineyard plots planted at an altitude of 700 meters, with a schist-granite transition soil, poor and uneven, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, picked by hand into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they are subjected to careful manual selection, destemming and foot-trodden in a stone press for 4 hours. The must is then transferred to temperature-controlled fermentation vats, where it ferments for 10 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Very intense violet color, nose with mineral notes and fresh fruit (cherry and wild berries) and cocoa. In the mouth it is fresh, with silky and challenging tannins.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
