Titan Vale dos Mil White is a straw-colored wine with golden reflections. It has an intense, elegant and complex aroma, with notes of lime, juniper, bay leaf, toasted bread and lighter flint. In the mouth, it has a great sensation of freshness and unctuousness, very deep, tense and long.

  • Soil: Plots of centuries-old vineyards, planted at an altitude of between 750 and 850 meters, with a poor and uneven schist-granite transition soil, which demonstrates surprising acidity.
  • Winemaking: Fresh grapes at their ideal point of ripeness, hand-picked into 20 kg boxes, are transported to the winery where they are carefully selected by hand, destemmed and gently crushed, followed by skin maceration in stainless steel tanks for 48 hours. Without decanting, the must is transferred to French oak barrels, where it ferments using indigenous yeasts.
  • Tasting Notes: Straw colour with golden reflections. Aroma of great intensity, elegance and complexity, with notes of lime, juniper, bay leaf, toasted bread and lighter flint. In the mouth, great sensation of freshness and unctuousness, very deep, tense and long.
  • Maturation: Aged for 16 months with stirring of fine lees.
