  • Winemaking: Grape selection at the time of harvesting and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: A dark ruby-colored wine with good aromatic intensity, spicy and with well-integrated wood. In the mouth, it is a structured wine with rounded tannins, some freshness, and a long and persistent finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, followed by a further 6 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
