  • Winemaking: Grape selection at harvest and transport in boxes directly to the winery. Vinification with crushing and total destemming. Fermentation in an open wine press with controlled temperature.
  • Tasting Notes: It has an intense red color, floral and spicy aroma, coming from the rancid oak barrels where it was aged. In the mouth it is fresh and complex.
  • Maturation: Aged for 7 months in French oak barrels.
