  • Winemaking: Manual harvest. Cold maceration with the grapes took place for three days until fermentation began. The grapes were then transferred to barrels, where they fermented slowly, at temperatures controlled with ice bottles that were changed several times a day.
  • Tasting Notes: It is a voluminous and complex wine. In the mouth it is full of flavor and has an endless finish.
  • Maturation: Weekly aging and battonage with total lees.
