  • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The grapes were trodden by foot in a wine press without destemming, allowing fermentation to occur spontaneously and without temperature control (wild fermentation) for a period of 2 to 3 days. After this period, the wine must was transferred, in different percentages, to a stainless steel tank (70%) and to used French oak barrels (30%) where alcoholic fermentation ended and malolactic fermentation took place.
  • Tasting Notes: Exuberant aroma of vegetables and red fruits, medium to medium body, barely noticeable tannins, low alcohol content, high acidity and long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in used French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC
  • Winemaker: Frederico Machado and Ricardo Alves
