  • Soil: Located in the heart of Cima-Corgo, in the parish of Alijó, on the right bank of the Douro, with west-facing sun exposure, on granite-schist transition soils at an average altitude of 600 m, the vineyards were planted in single-variety plots between 1991 and 1992.
  • Winemaking: The Piano Moscatel Galego Branco grapes were harvested between the 1st and 2nd week of September. The grapes are protected from oxidation upon arrival and, after being destemmed, are placed in a pneumatic press, where they are gently pressed. The must is left to settle for 24 hours. When it reaches the desired turbidity, the wine is separated from the lees that have formed in the meantime. This clean must is fermented with the inoculation of selected yeasts. Fermentation takes place for approximately 15 days, always at a controlled temperature to ensure that it does not exceed 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: With a citrus color, this young wine has an exuberant aroma with notes of grapefruit, lychee, lime and tropical fruits. In the mouth it is intense, vibrant, mineral and has a vibrant freshness, with medium concentration and a silky texture. It finishes long and persistent.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the batches are aged in stainless steel vats to better preserve their freshness and fruit. After this time, the wine is stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and aging for 3 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC.
  • Winemaker: Jorge Alves, Valter Silva and Fábio Pereira
  • Conservation: Designed for immediate consumption, although it has the potential to evolve well in the bottle for another year or two. We believe that its optimum period of consumption is between 6 and 12 months after bottling. Store in the cellar with the bottle upright.
  • Food Pairing: Various cheeses and sushi. Delicious as an appetizer.
  • Bottle Size: 75cl
  • Allergens: Contains sulfites
