  • Soil: The grapes come from 15-year-old vines.
  • Winemaking: The grapes from previously selected plots were harvested at the end of September 2017 and transported in 22kg food-grade plastic boxes and subjected to rigorous sorting at the winery entrance. The grapes were destemmed and crushed, after being foot-trodden and with indigenous yeasts, fermentation began and continued in the wine press, where they remained for 10 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense ruby color, with aromas of red fruits. Deep balsamic aromas, ripe black fruit. Full-bodied and with great complexity that culminates in a velvety wine with a long and persistent finish. Good volume and silky tannins of good quality.
  • Maturation: Aged for 24 months in a cement tank.
