  • Winemaking: Hand-picked. Total destemming. Pre-fermentation maceration for 8 to 12 hours. Vacuum pressing, fermentation at controlled temperatures (15ºC to 18ºC) in stainless steel vats for 10 to 15 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Citrus yellow color. Complex aroma of tropical fruits and orange blossom. It reveals a very fresh taste with good acidity. Mineral and harmonious.
  • Maturation: 4 months in 400L barrels.
  • Serve: Between 14ºC and 16ºC
