  • Winemaking: Manual harvest with total destemming. Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 48 hours, fermentation at a controlled temperature between 22ºC and 28ºC, in mechanically treaded presses, malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Ruby color with violet reflections. It has a complex aroma of ripe red fruits, white flowers and spices well integrated with notes of vanilla. On the palate it is round, rich and voluminous, with balanced acidity and fine tannins. The finish is long and complex.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak barrels.
