Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Vineyard with clayey loam soil at an altitude of 50 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, only in the morning, to preserve maximum freshness at night and maintain the highest quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous screening, and are then gently pressed, followed by full fermentation in 225-liter barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: Pale yellow wine. Hints of citrus, peach and butter give it aromatic complexity. Harmonious, with good structure, fresh and balanced acidity. Elegant and precise finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in contact with fine lees, but without battonage. Before bottling, the wine undergoes a 3-month aging in stainless steel vats, followed by 4 months in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
