  • Soil: Vineyard with sandy soil at an altitude of 50 meters.
  • Winemaking: The grapes are hand-picked, only in the morning, to preserve maximum night-time freshness and maintain maximum quality. When they arrive at the winery, they undergo rigorous sorting, then undergo gentle pressing, followed by full fermentation in 500L barrels. After fermentation, the grapes are aged for 10 months, during which the fine lees are kept in suspension.
