El Enemigo Chardonnay has a golden yellow color. It presents floral aromas of fresh light fruits, such as pineapple, green apple, Sicilian lemon, pear, peach, as well as mineral aromas such as chalk and wet gravel and notes of vanilla, coconut, brioche, dairy and butter. On the palate, it is dry, with balanced acidity, full-bodied, with a notable unctuousness and balanced alcohol.

  • Soil: Located in Gualtallary, Tupungato. High density vineyard with 10,000 plants per hectare, at an altitude of 1,470 meters and with deep, rocky limestone soils.
  • Winemaking: In 500-liter French oak barrels (35% new). Wild yeast at a maximum temperature of 18ºC for 40 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Golden yellow color. It presents floral aromas of fresh light fruits, such as pineapple, green apple, Sicilian lemon, pear, peach, as well as mineral aromas such as chalk and wet gravel and notes of vanilla, coconut, brioche, dairy and butter. In the mouth it is dry, with balanced acidity, full-bodied, with a notable unctuousness and balanced alcohol.
  • Maturation: Aged for 9 months in French oak in 500-liter barrels.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
