  • Soil: Located in Gualtallary, Tupungato. Syrah at an altitude of 1,470 meters and sandy soil. Viogner at an altitude of 1,400 meters and with limestone, rocky and deep soil.
  • Winemaking: Wild yeast with a maximum temperature of 28ºC for 15 days, with 20 days of maceration.
  • Tasting Notes: Very attractive color. In the mouth it is different, tasty, with great acidity and persistence. An exotic and surprising wine, produced with a red and a white grape (Viognier), with the talent of the acclaimed Alejandro Vigil.
  • Maturation: Aged for 7 months in a 100-year-old foudre.
