Mãos no Syrah is a garnet-colored wine. On the nose it has a sublime aroma, red fruits, floral nuances and even some spice. On the palate it is a full-bodied wine, with structure, polished tannins and superb elegance. Excellent acidity and a long finish.

Technical Sheet
  • Soil: Old vineyard on a hillside, cut into dry land, shale soils.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest into 12kg boxes. Cold pre-fermentation maceration was performed and fermented at controlled temperatures.
  • Tasting Notes: Garnet color. On the nose, it presents notes of red fruits, floral nuances and even some spice. On the palate, it is a full-bodied wine, with structure, polished tannins and superb elegance. Great acidity and a long finish.
  • Maturation: Aged for one year on fine lees and bottled at the end of 2023.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
  • Winemaker: Fábio Fernandes
  • Conservation: Longevity up to 15 years.
