Herdade Papa Leite C50 is a very balanced wine on the palate, mineral and with great texture. It reminds us of apricot, ripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a lively and persistent finish on the palate.

  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay and shale-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Crystal clear yellow color, very balanced in the mouth, mineral and with great texture. Reminiscent of apricot, ripe pineapple and passion fruit, with a lively and persistent finish in the mouth.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with final lees until May 2019.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
