Technical Sheet
  • Soil: The grapes come from a vineyard in clay and shale-limestone soil.
  • Winemaking: Manual harvest, with the grapes transported in 10kg boxes to avoid crushing. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats for three weeks, with fermentation temperature controlled at 14ºC.
  • Tasting Notes: Light straw color. It is mineral, very subtle, full of honey and ripe pear. Balanced in the mouth, it has a density that lasts throughout the tasting with the same notes found on the nose.
  • Maturation: After alcoholic fermentation, the wine remained in contact with final lees until April 2022, followed by aging in the bottle.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
