  • Soil: Vineyards located in Aldeia Gavinha, in an area of ​​hills and hillocks, with a great diversity of exposures. An area strongly influenced by fog and Atlantic winds, it produces white wines with a fresh profile, rich in acidity and that age well over the years.
  • Winemaking: Using classic oenology, without excessive use of antioxidants and with light skin maceration, the result of mechanical harvesting. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in 10-year-old 750L barrels.
  • Tasting Notes: The nose of the wine is very captivating and complex, with light tropical notes, minerality and a lot of freshness and salinity. In the mouth, the salinity and fresh character are felt, with some unctuousness. The finish is long and always growing.
  • Maturation: Aged for 7 months on fermentation lees.
  • Serve: Between 8ºC and 10ºC
