  • Soil: Grapes from various quality vineyards in the Campanário, Estreito da Calheta and Prazeres areas.
  • Winemaking: Grapes pressed in a continuous press. Fermentation stopped by the addition of wine alcohol (96%).
  • Tasting Notes: Bright golden color, with fragrant notes, a hint of iodine, and well-integrated wood. On the palate it is smooth and honeyed, with flavors of caramelized nuts. Excellent acidity in a spicy and fresh finish.
  • Maturation: Boal aged in Canteiro for 10 years in French oak barrels.
  • Serve: Between 13ºC and 14ºC

  • Conservation: The wine has been filtered, does not require decanting, and remains in good condition for several months after opening.
