Quinta do Isaac Assemblage is a wine with an intense and very lively ruby ​​colour.   • Soil:
  • Winemaking: The manual harvest took place during the month of September. After careful selection, both in the vineyard and in the winery, after treading in traditional granite presses, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats, with maceration for 60 days.
  • Tasting Notes: Intense and very lively ruby colour. Complex and intense aroma, with ripe black fruits standing out, together with balsamic aromas and spicy notes, coming from its aging in barrels. Firm and concentrated in the mouth, with balanced acidity, with mature tannins well integrated into its body and volume. It has a very long and persistent finish, which, as a whole, allows us to predict great longevity.
  • Maturation: Aged for 20 months in 500-liter French oak barrels, 50% new, 25% second-year and 25% third-year.
  • Serve: Between 16ºC and 18ºC
